Processing & Shipping
Due to all orders being customized all orders will be ready to ship within a 5-7 business day (Monday-Friday) processing time. Orders over 10 items please contact us at creativedesignsbyalisha@yahoo.com for bulk ordering processing time frames.
Orders ship Monday- Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped.

First Class Mail (4-7 days) Your order will ship within our regular turnaround time via first class mail but does not include processing time.

Priority Mail (1-4 days) Your order will ship within our regular turnaround time via priority mail but does not include processing time.

Due to the customization of each product items are non-returnable. Please be careful to check all customization requests during ordering.

Damages and Errors (Exchanges are not available for consumer error)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the ordered item is damaged or there is a quality issue, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at creativedesignsbyalisha@yahoo.com

At OUR discretion damaged items or errors on our part may be accepted for exchange or return for store credit if item(s) is/are returned in unworn and unwashed condition within 7 days of delivery date.
